UFO in this headline means font files, not flying saucers

A PyPI package called ufo-tdkit-report has nothing to do with unidentified craft and everything to do with typeface metadata.

UFO here stands for Unified Font Object, the open XML-based format designers use to store glyph data; designspace files map how those glyphs interpolate across weights. ufo-tdkit-report 0.5.4 writes commit messages and release notes for that pipeline, based on a deterministic diff of source files.
