Dr Phil says Pentagon lied on UFOs

A talk-show host cites 1,800 reports; the Pentagon’s own numbers tell a duller story.

Dr. Phil McGraw told Fox News the government “lied straight to our face” about UFOs, pointing to more than 1,800 public sightings he says were ignored. The Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office logs thousands of reports a year; most resolve to balloons, drones, or glare.

“Credible” is doing a lot of work here. AARO’s most recent public report found no verified evidence of extraterrestrial technology in any case it reviewed. Zero.

The pattern holds. A public figure with no clearance repeats a number, adds moral outrage, and skips the resolution rate. That is talk radio, not intelligence assessment.
