A DIA summary of the government’s remote viewing programme tallied 59 operational cases and marked every outcome unable to confirm.

The Defense Intelligence Agency kept score on its own psychic programme, and the scorecard survives. A 1990s operational summary tallies 59 remote viewing cases run under STAR GATE and its predecessor projects. Against every one of them sits the same verdict: outcome unable to confirm.

That phrase is doing a lot of work. It does not mean the viewers were wrong; it means nobody could check. That is the whole point. No arrest followed, no site was found, no hostage came home because of a session logged in this file.

STAR GATE ran for two decades and cost millions; this is what it produced. The 1995 American Institutes for Research review reached the same conclusion from outside the building, finding no case where remote viewing data proved operationally decisive. Two separate audits, one internal and one independent, landed on the same word.

Call this what it is. Fifty-nine chances to prove the concept, and the programme’s own accountants could not close a single one out. That is not evidence of fraud, and it is not evidence of psychic power either. It is a documented dead end, in the government’s own handwriting.
